by Hobie Class on 3 Jun 2011
Weihai - Hobie 16 Asian Championships 2011 Hobie Class Association http://www.hobieclass.com/
The International Hobie Class Association has announced exciting Hobie events taking place in locations around the world for 2011.

The events include: North American Championships 2011, Hobie Europeans 2011, Hobie 16 Asian Championships 2011, Brazil Hobie Cat Championships 2011, Australina Hobie Nationals 2011, Tanzacat 2011, Fiji Hobie Challenge and Oceanic Challenge 2011, and the launching of the Tiwi Trophy 2011.

Hobie Europeans 2011
The Hobie Europeans web site has the Notice of Race, online entry form, accommodation and lots more information.

As always the Hobie Europeans is a high quality Hobie event and it should not be missed.

Lake Neusiedl and its countryside are well known for their hospitality and friendliness. An area rich of wineries and nice people will be our hosts in 2011. I could personally check the area already in 2007 and again in 2011 and can tell you, that this is an excellent venue.

Warm water and warm air temperatures are perfect hosts to make an event like the Hobie MultiEuropeans again a memorable event that the world will talk about!

Smooth grass areas for both, boats and tents just situated at the beaches of Lake Neusiedl will make it easy to run an event like this.

A bar and restaurant at the yacht club will be good for the Après-Sailing-Time. The dealer being just close by and ready for support.

Also the accompanying families will meet their advantages – lots of things to do, a swimming area close by with a nice playground, nice countryside, perfect for taking a ride on the bicycle or the train station that will take you in less than an hour to downtown Vienna – a site perfect for your vacation and Hobie Life!

Tanzacat 2011
Tanzacat 2011 dates have been announced 2-11 September. This world acclaimed event has included the Zanzibar Raid. With a limited number of brand new Hobie Tiger and Hobie 16 (that is right brand new charter boats available) this is another Hobie event not to miss. Tanzacat website
