Ensign Ship Brokers is looking for brokers in their Manly and Gladstone offices to keep up with the rapid growth in business.
Managing Director Tony Ross said more and more listings have created the need for more salesmen.
'We’ve just hired another two brokers, Michael Lincoln at our Gold Coast office and Ian Sherwood in Sydney but we need a few more for our other offices,' Mr Ross said.
'We’ve got over 500 boats on our listings and we need great salesmen with an active interest in boating to provide our clients with excellent customer service.'
Established in 1980, Ensign has been steadily expanding after Tony Ross took over at the helm in 2004.
When he first arrived, there were three staff members working for Ensign - today there are more than 30.
Ensign has grown to become the largest brokerage in Australia, with four offices nationwide and satellite offices in Korea, Singapore and China.
The last few years have been a time of rapid growth for Ensign Ship Brokers despite the economical climate in the marine industry and the next few years are promising to be exciting times as well.
