Geoff Becker from Severn Sailing Association won out over Mark Johnson from Neenah Nodaway YC in Wisconon in the Petit Finals.

Organizer Tim Hunt and PRO William Canfield of the St. Thomas YC in the USVI were pleased that the winds were stronger for the semi Finals, Petit Finals, and Finals. With all the light winds it was amazing that they were able to have 46 races over the three days.
