Launched at Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, Berthsuite.com is a web-based booking system designed to provide boat owners with an incredibly fast and easy to use method of booking their next berth or mooring – whether last minute or up to 12 months in advance.

Just as you would book hotel accommodation online you can now book your marina berth online – anywhere, anytime, safely and securely and all in real time – even whilst en route cruising to the marina.

Being internet based Berthsuite.com also offers Marina Operators a number of advantages over traditional booking methods via phone/fax and database updating.

Marina Operators can utilise the site to view in real time: berth availability, bookings made and customer profiles through their own designated section/‘Portal’ within Berthsuite.com. Once initial berth details and availability status has been entered, ongoing berth status is automatically updated without any manual input by Marina staff and is visible in real time to all potential customers.

Of course Berthsuite.com never sleeps, so the booking system is working for you even after hours. The bonus for worldwide travellers: expensive phone calls are eliminated and time zone constraints are no longer a problem.

Marina Operators also benefit from secure, immediate and full payment at the time of the booking - in contrast hoteliers using a similar system can normally wait at least 2 weeks to receive payment.

We are a family business and are very passionate about providing this service to the boating community. We believe that our commitment to provide Boat Owners a hassle-free way to book their coastal adventures will also result in an increase of productivity for Marinas.

We are especially excited about providing easier access to Marinas in those remote but beautiful areas of the world, such as the Pacific Islands Region, where traditionally it has been a little harder to find and book a berth.

We believe the simplicity of Berthsuite.com will not only streamline the overall booking process for Marina’s allowing their staff to deliver an even greater level of customer service, but will expose Australasian Regional Marinas to a wider customer base to show off all that their local area has to offer. The ease of locating and booking a berth using a simple, safe payment process and receiving instant confirmation, all while out on the water, makes for an enjoyable experience for the Boaties too. Everybody wins!
