Australian Youth Match Racing Championship 2012 NOR released

Noye defeats Reece in race 1 of finals - Australian Youth Match Racing Championships Shane Smith
The Notice of Race for the 2012 Australian Youth Match Racing Championship, which will be held in Tasmania, has been released by Yachting Australia.

The Championship will be held at the Royal yacht Club of Tasmania from September 21-25 and is open to youth competitors under the age of 21 as at 31 December 2012.

The event will be conducted during the school holiday period for the majority of states and will be followed by the Australian Match Racing and Australia Women's Match Racing Championship to be held at Sandringham Yacht Club from September 27-30, giving youth competitors the chance to further develop their skills against the best in Australia.

New England nor'easters are signified by not only by their strong winds, but also their driving rain New England nor'easters are signified by not only by their strong winds, but also their driving rain, and on the second day of the 2016 Melges 32 World Championship hosted by Sail Newport, competitors returned to the Newport Shipyard with three hearty races completed and no need to wash off the boats, foul weather gear or sails. The rain did all the work.
