Emirates Team NZ explain how they have had to change the crew roles around to cope with the reduced crew numbers allowed on the AC72 catamarans.

Gone are the old positions of navigator, tactician and a couple of others to do backstays. Now it is just the skipper and a part-time tactician/navigator/grinder/sheet hand.

Ray Davies and Dean Barker explain how it all works onboard the AC72
