Topper Fleet at 2012 Phuket King's Cup Regatta

A Topper Fleet is joining this year's Phuket King's Cup Regatta. Part of the PKCR International Dinghy Classes, they will compete 2nd - 5th December (four days) off Kata Beach, Phuket, Thailand.

The Topper is an ISAF-Recognised racing class with 35 countries across the world sharing the Topper sailing experience. Every year there is a spectacular world championship.

The Topper is renowned for it’s versatility. It has been hailed as a thoroughbred boat with dual appeal; simple and fun for newcomers and a challenging racy singlehander as confidence quickly grows.

Toppers have bred the most distinguished national and international champions.

Topper Sail Phuket are providing 12 Toppers for the event. Six sailors from the Phuket Youth Sailing Club will be joining the fleet including Akapoj Kankeaw winner of the Optimist Class at the 2011 Phuket King's Cup Regatta.

Six new Toppers are available for charter for the four day Regatta at 4,000 baht per boat.
