RS Aeros at the Lymington Dinghy Regatta
Sunday saw less breeze, but still plenty, with legs stretched and planning possible on the square course. With 130 boats in total it was all hands on deck for the clubs’ volunteers who had it all covered with well-practiced efficiency and a smile!

RS400 Northern Tour at South Shields Sailing Club
Race one started from a line with an extreme committee boat biased line, ensuring the race officer got a good view With a (slightly) less biased line and a more settled fleet race two got underway with an equally crowded start, this time Dave Exeley and Mark Lunn, and Mark Somerville and Joe Roberts found their legs to take first and third with Ben and Andy taking second again.

There are few things more certain on the RS400 tour than Lymington laying on a superb regatta. There are few things more certain on the RS400 tour than Lymington laying on a superb regatta. Built around their popular annual dinghy event that attracts 120 boats, the racing and the organisation this year was excellent once again. Twenty two 400s entered the event and with a forecast of 15-20 knots aligning with a flood tide for most of the day, conditions looked to be spot on.
