The RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show and Suzuki Marine are offering you the chance to win a brand new Suzuki powered Rigiflex safety boat for your club worth over £4,500 (RRP), to celebrate the launch of three new RYA recommended safety boat packages from Suzuki Marine.

Opening today (10 July), the competition to win the Rigiflex Newmatic 360 powered by a Suzuki DF9.9A engine runs until 31 January 2015, when the winner will be announced.

The winner will also be invited, with their family, to the RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show 2015, held at Alexander Palace over the weekend of 28 February – 01 March, as special VIP guests of Suzuki and the RYA Suzuki Dinghy Show.

George Cheeseman, Sales and Marketing Manager for Suzuki GB’s ATV and Marine Divisions said, 'We are very pleased to have teamed up with Rigiflex to offer this competition prize. The Rigiflex Newmatic 360 is one of the most popular club safety boats on the market and when combined with the Suzuki DF9.9A is a very robust and durable package, which is well suited to the rigours of club use. The DF9.9A benefits from the Suzuki Function Tiller Handle, which is ergonomically designed to include throttle, throttle friction adjustment and gear shifting all on the tiller handle. This makes it incredibly easy to use, so ideal for volunteers undertaking safety boat duty.'

Taking part in this fantastic competition couldn’t be easier. Simply click here to complete the online entry form and you will be entered in to the free prize draw.

'We hope that by running the competition over the next seven months everyone has the opportunity to take part and be in with a chance of winning this fantastic prize for their sailing club or training centre', commented Charlotte Pearson, RYA Shows Co-ordinator.

The three new safety boat packages developed by Suzuki in partnership with Ribcraft and Rigiflex, and in conjunction with the RYA offer clubs standard packages that will cater for the needs of most clubs and training centres. Alongside the inland/inshore Rigiflex, there is also a 4.8m inshore RIB and a 5.85m coastal RIB so that there is a safety boat package to suit most club locations.

George Cheeseman commented, 'We hope that by offering the three different size RYA recommended safety boat packages with our partners Ribcraft and Rigiflex we are providing RYA affiliated club committees with an easy and complete safety boat solution so that they can concentrate on their continuing efforts to encourage sailing participation.'
