OK Interdominions - Dan Slater wins both races on Day 1

Light winds for Day 1 - 2016 OK Interdominion, Manly NZ OK Dinghy Assoc
Two races were completed on the opening day of the 2016 OK Inter-dominions at being sailed Manly Sailing Club, 30 minutes north of Auckland.
A light breeze of 4-8 kts prevailed with a few wind shifts.
Double Olympian, Dan Slater with two wins from two races leads overall from former World OK Dinghy Champion Peter Lester and Luke O'Connell. Lester scored a consistent two third places to be four points behind Slater.
The regatta has attracted 33 entries with eight making the trip across from Australia.
Mark Jackson is the top Australian sailor sitting in fourth place overall just a single point off the top three.
