Great prizes up for grabs in RYA Joining Point Competition

by RYA on 7 Jun 2016 Throughout July, clubs, training centres, marinas and other marine organisations signed up to the RYA Joining Point programme will not only receive commission for every RYA member they sign up, but they will also be entered in to the ‘It just takes one’ competition to be in with a chance of winning some fantastic prizes.

Even if you just sign up one new member you’ll be automatically entered in to the competition, where you could win all of the following fantastic prizes:

· A pair of Bollé Marine sunglasses,
· Spinlock Deckvest LITE lifejacket,
· Datatag Outboard Motor Theft Deterrent System,
· One pair of Sebago deck shoes (up to the value of £120, specific size and style, subject to availability),

“Last year our Joining Points helped introduce 883 people to the benefits of RYA membership while at the same time earning themselves commission that they could feed back in to their organisation”, commented Conor Swift, RYA Membership Development Manager.

“If all our Joining Points signed up just one new member, that would generate an additional 383 new members for the RYA, who not only get to enjoy all the benefits RYA membership affords, from access to specialist and technical advice to money saving offers; it gives us a bigger share of voice when ensuring that legislators, regulators and other authorities understand, and take account of, recreational boating activity”, Conor added.
