British Leisure Show announces alliance with ITV Meridian

British Leisure Show organisers have announced that the 2011 Show, to be held in the prestigious grounds of the Royal Windsor Racecourse from Friday 11th - Sunday 13th March, will be run in association with ITV Meridian.

Show Managing Director James Brooke said, 'We are delighted that 21,886 visitors attended the 2010 Show over three days in March, and our new Partnership with ITV Meridian will promote the Show to an even bigger audience.

We will be working closely with the team at ITV Meridian in the lead up to the Show, and we're looking for exciting stories about new leisure products and activities from our exhibitors to feed in to the News Team.'

A positive experience at the Stokes Bay Skiff Open I sailed the Stokes Bay Skiff Open using the Musto Skiff X mainsail. Saturday was Northerly 5-15 knots and Sunday was Northerly 7-20 knots. Both days were very gusty and shifty. I'm 74kgs, 5'10" and lightly built these days from too much cycling!

Bembridge Illusion season comes to a close
With the St George's Day Trophy and the Woodford Long Distance Race Not the kindest weather for the final weekend of the Illusion season, however it could have been worse and at least the drizzle on Saturday held off until the finish of the last of the four races for the St George's Day Trophy.
