Transat Jacques Vabre - 80ft trimaran Prince de Bretagne capsizes

Prince de Bretagne, the Ultimate trimaran of Lionel Lemonchois and Roland Jourdain has capsized while they were 140 miles off La Coruna, in the second day of the Transat Jacques Vabre. The two co-skippers are safe and-have taken shelter inside the 80ft trimaran.
They have-not requested assistance and their technical support team is making every endeavour to organize help to rescue the crew and their yacht.
At the time of the incident the boat was reported to be sailing upwind in 20 to 25kts of wind SSW'ly. The fleet is sailing into a worsening weather system with winds of 40kts expected.
The incident is the fourth of the race so far, three monohulls have withdrawn and are returning to France. The Transat Jacques Vabre started on Sunday at Le Harvre, France and the fleet sailing in four divisions are racing to Itajai, Brazil.
