Royal Perth Yacht Club - There is indeed a Frostbite race six

by Royal Perth Yacht Club on 22 Jul 2014
Royal Perth Yacht Club - Frostbite race 2014 RPYC
An error in the printing of the Redbook resulted in Frostbite race number six being omitted from the schedule.

We would like to remind everyone that the next frostbite will be held on Sunday the third of August, with the following start times;

Division A 1400
Division B 1405
Division C 1410
Division D 1415

All starting at start line A

Frostbites are a great opportunity to get out racing on the weekend during winter and present the chance either to train new crew or freshen up the skills of regular crew.

Also, don’t forget there is another frostbite race scheduled after this one on the 17th of August and then two pre-season races on the seventh and 21st of September before the summer season rolls around again. See you out on the water soon!

Expressions of interest - Saturday Jib and Main Fleet
The Club is seeking expressions of interest from anyone that would consider taking part in Saturday racing if a Jib and Main fleet were to be introduced. If sufficient numbers are interested a mixed fleet would be established and given a separate start in the Saturday racing schedule.

Please send an email or talk to the sailing staff if this is something that you would like to take part in.
