Two True wins the 2009 Rolex Sydney Hobart Rolex/Daniel Forster http://www.regattanews.com
Two True (Andrew Saies) took the IRC honours in the 2009 Rolex Sydney Hobart.

IRC is a system of handicapping yachts for the purpose of racing. IRC is managed by the Royal Ocean Racing Club, United Kingdom, by their Rating Office.

In the early 2000's IRC overtook the IMS handicapping system. However now ORCi, a newer and improved version of the old IMS, is gradually gaining favour.
