After four days of mostly punishing upwind sailing followed by some champagne reaching conditions, the Botin 80 Beau Geste and Juan K VO70 Giacomo have claimed first and second on line and between them, dominated the corrected time results.
Both yachts flew 3Di sails to power them northward with Beau Geste and Giacomo using sails from previous lives once again proving the performance durability of North Sails' 3Di. Beau Geste and Giacomo both used 3Di 780 for their upwind sails and 3Di 760 for their code sails.
Beau Geste placed first on General handicap, second on IRC and first on PBH
Giacomo placed second on General handicap, first in IRC and second on PBH
The rest of the fleet is yet to finish
