Tess improving, Volvo and lots of Easter sailing

The best news of the week is that Victorian 29er skipper Tess Lloyd is making a steady recovery from a head injury suffered during the 2012 Australian Youth Championships in Brisbane in early January and she is getting back on the water!!

One sailor closely following Tess' progress is Nathan (George, as in George of the Jungle) Outteridge who hit a tree on the way to Sail Melbourne some years ago. It was feared at one stage he'd never walk again and now the multiple World Champion is preparing for London 2012.

The Brisbane to Gladstone, Three Peaks Race, the Mooloolaba and Humpybong regatta are hardly more than a bunny hop away and entries are coming in well for Sail Port Stephens, with stellar fields guaranteed across the entire week's racing.
