Of Etchells, 18 footers, America's Cup, Volvo Ocean Race and more
A very impressive effort from three Olympians Tom King, Owen McMahon, Dave Edwards and hard sailing Farr 40 owner, Ivan Wheen, the 2012 Etchells World Champions.

Sail-World covered both the Worlds and the earlier Zhik Australian Championships in detail and we had enormous traffic both within Australia and from around the world.
Some great sailing and some great conditions.
At the end of our post race interview with Tom, I asked the 2000 Olympic Gold Medallist where to from here. He said ‘well back to work, it's not as if we are professional sailors like all these other guys'
Its true but they are a class act!!

Plenty of action from the JJ Giltinan 18 footer Worlds and Richard Gladwell has all the latest news an analysis from both San Francisco and the Auckland bound Volvo fleet.
