Brisbane ahead, Mandurah attracts big names, BarzOptics looks to USOn the eve of the Brisbane International Boat Show, as SEQld enjoys another torrential bucketing, we provide a preview to this landmark city boat show, thanks to Bob Wonders who will no doubt do a few laps of the convention centre, all under cover, later this week.
We also look ahead to this year's Club Marine Mandurah Boat Show, 14-16 October, which holds the status of third largest boat show in this country, and continues to draw the big name manufacturers, marine and lifestyle brands all after the 'mining money' looking to spend on the West's favourite passtime, boating. Some of the exhibitors, old and new, tell us why the consider it a 'must attend' event.
You still have time to get your comments and suggestions in about boat shows. You could win the $14,000 Hayman trip, Zodiac boat, Honda engine and a bounty of other gear and gadgets, so enter now.
New products, sponsorships news and events on the calendar all feature this issue - and there are quite a few exclusive feature stories in the pipeline - including insight in to the China boom, newly accredited Clean Marinas and new industry research - that are worth a visit back to MarineBusiness-World.com later in the week.
