Sail-World.com 24x7 news team reported this well before other media and the story was picked up by NBC from us, as well as the Wall Street Journal, which ran an image and a link to Sail-World as their lead sports story yesterday. We are used to being first with significant news down under and our aim is to continue in the same vein in the Northern hemisphere.
While Australians consider Sail-World their own, our Sail-World USA and Canada newsletter subscription list is twice that of our Oz list and that will obviously grow much larger.
Our coverage of North American sailing events will be notched up considerably this North American summer with editors and journalists from Sail-World Canada, Sail-World USA and Sail-World Australia joining forces to report on one of the most significant sailing events on the North American calendar. More on that soon.
In the meanwhile enjoy the news, both local and from Up There!!
