Whichever way you look at it, signing a deal to supply 33 Lagoon catamarans to a customer in China is going to make us sit and pay attention. Simpson Marine have been doing deals in China for a long time, and business in Asia for even longer. The person we are sorry for is Lagoon's Production Manager who - presumably - is trying to find a LOT of space in the production schedule!

A new sailing season has started in Hong Kong - involving the RHKYC Sunset Series (Friday evenings - TGIF, but who needs an excuse anyway?), Hebe Haven's Saturday Series and (on alternating weekends) the well-loved Typhoon Series.

A little further north and the Korea International Boat Show opens its doors on 8 June, accompanied by the WMRT Korea Match Cup.

Summer's here. Go sailing!
