An interesting attempt at a fundamental rule change 'stampede' from the International Laser Class Association is unfolding online.

We been busy interviewing all the players in the last 24 hours and it all gets curiouser and curiouser. We will be revealing all tomorrow, but right now there are sailors who voted on line, who are demanding the right to change their minds on the basis they were not given all the facts. Not a good look for this Olympic Class.
