Melbourne show dates, Singapore forum focus on piracy, Hainan heats up

This week, there is a huge diversity in our news and features.

Japan's fish markets are suffering from the fishing fleet's devastation after the 11 March earthquake and tsunami, and the local infrastructure will have to be rebuilt from the ground up. This is interesting in light of the local and world focus on Sustainable Seafood, from wild sources and via aquaculture.

Queenstown New Zealand will be welcoming delegates to the New Zealand marine industry conference, 23 to 25 March, focusing on remaining competitive, innovative and punching well above its weight internationally.

There's a heap of new products for sail and motor, as well as news of an end of season clearance at Andrew Short Marine at Taren Pt in NSW.
