News and innovations from all over the marine world
We are well and truly global this issue, with news of a new dealer for Riviera located in the perfectly positioned Slovenia, Austal from WA celebrating an order of inshore patrol craft for the armed forces of Malta, new models and concepts from the US military and UK manufacturers, as well as AIMEX leading an Aussie force to this year's Dubai International Boat Show.
Later this week, we'll have an exclusive interview with Barry Jenkins who has just returned from India and the Mumbai International Boat Show, as part of a larger feature on the potential and realities of expanding the marine industry in India.
There's plenty of bad news in the papers, so for a bit of a tonic and certainly some inspiration, we feature a positive piece on the manufacturer and dealership in Mildura, Baldwin Boats. They admit to being taken by surprise at a recent boating boom in the area and attribute their rise in sales to consistent marketing, investment in quality products and, most importantly, customer service that has their customers coming back in droves (and recommending them to their friends).
Don't forget that as we update MarineBusinessNews each day, you will find breaking news, in-depth articles and new products as they emerge (not weeks later as is often the case).
Hope to hear from you.
