Finnish boat manufacturer Nauticat Yachts Oy has agreed an exclusive contract which will see Raymarine equipment being installed into its full range of pilothouse sailing yachts and motorsailers. All Nauticat Yachts will now be fitted as standard with Raymarine autopilots, ST70 instruments and choice of C and E series Multi Function Displays.

Kaj Gustafsson, Managing Director of Nauticat Yachts Oy, says, 'We have been using Raymarine equipment for many years, and during this time Nauticat Yachts has worked closely with the Raymarine development team and enjoyed excellent cooperation on product features and development. Today, Raymarine is the only navigation, electronic, autopilot and instrument brand we are offering to Nauticat owners. This new Exclusive Supply Agreement is a natural continuation of our long term relationship.'

Established in 1961, Nauticat has developed a reputation for designing and manufacturing yachts with legendary qualities of seaworthiness, durability, and endurance; while still being easy to sail, comfortable and safe.

Raymarine’s equipment will be provided through Raymarine’s subsidiary company in Finland. 'Raymarine product is the perfect partner for Nauticat,' commented Berndt Merus of Raymarine Finland. 'Our products are highly reliable, easy to use and tough enough to withstand harsh conditions and extremes of temperature. A key feature is intuitive operation, which is essential for users who may have their boats laid up for long periods over the winter months.'

Talking about the Exclusive Supply Agreement, Nauticat Yachts also emphasised the premium it places on customer service and satisfaction. The company said it had a history of customers who stated a preference for the Raymarine brand, and it was pleased with the standard of Raymarine’s product reliability over years of use.

Berndt Merus concluded: 'We are delighted to be confirmed as an exclusive supplier to Nauticat Yachts. We have already got a long-standing relationship with the company, which is renowned for producing yachts of exceptional quality. It’s a pleasure to work with Nauticat.'
