TeamVodafoneSailing's Simon Hull explains why, after sailing 19 Coastal Classics (the annual coastal drag race from Auckland to Russell) he was persuaded to get involved in a serious offshore multihull, which led to the purchase of the ORMA60 'G3' and his plans for the boat.
