Southern Spars offer shared rig pull ahead of Coastal Classic

Southern Spars has set aside the date of September 14 for local boaties to have their mast pulled out, sharing costs of storage and crane hire, dramatically reducing the cost of servicing a mast. Owners can opt for Southern Spars RigPro team to carry out work once masts are pulled out, or take it on themselves. The proposed haul out period is three weeks, with rigs planned to be re-stepped and tuned on September 30

Mast maintenance is an important part of looking after a yacht, and regular servicing can prevent major issues, saving money and injury to crew.
