Three sailors, Jon Bilger, Andrew Brown and Nick Olson sailed and nosedived the new one design singlehander in the fresh SW breeze.
The Waszp is taking off around Auckland with a large number ordered, by many of Auckland's top Olympic and other dinghy sailors, of both genders, along with several Weekend Warriors. Youngest sailor so far is claimed to be Russell Coutts son Mathias (10).
With the summer season about to get underway, the owners are keen to get racing established - both at at weekend and mid-week.
