Kiel to host 2017 Para World Sailing Championships
Kiel's announcement as the host falls less than one month after World Sailing released the Strategic Plan for 2017-2020. The Plan outlines four main priorities as well tactics to achieve the goals, ensuring World Sailing presents a strong bid to the International Paralympic Committee for re-introduction into the 2024 Paralympic Games and future editions.

She is one of the 93 entrants in this year's blue water classic that begins in not that many sleeps at all. Ouch. She is also still in her original form, when as Groupama she was the winner of the last time they used the terrifically fast 70s, which was two Volvo Ocean Races ago.

Sir Peter Blake Torbay Regatta has wrapped up for another year, finishing off with an outstanding day The annual Sir Peter Blake Torbay Regatta has wrapped up for another year, finishing off with an outstanding day on the water. Torbay Sailing Club put on a great show for visiting sailors who travelled from Samoa, Australia, Singapore and across New Zealand to attend the annual event. Over 450 boats entered the regatta with racing taking place across three courses.
