Top of the Gulf Regatta 2011 - The Fox, Wikki, Coronation Cup Guy Nowell/Top of the Gulf
Due to two late cancellations there are two Platus available for charter for the Coronation Cup a the Top of the Gulf Regatta 4-8 May. check out www.topofthegulfregatta.com

Both boats (124 The Ferret, 116 Naiad) are previous winners of the Coronation Cup.

Email Kev Scott or call +66 878 25 00 11.

The Coronation Cup is an exceptional event - a division within the fastest-growing regatta in Asia - sailed in Platu ODs. If these two boats are re-leased, there will be 15 crews on the water in what is quite possibly the most nail-biting division in the regatta. Past winners have included Ray Roberts, Rolf Heemskerk and Scott Duncanson, and every one of those has been a hard-fought victory. This is the biggest fleet of Platus in Asia, and anyone - absolutely anyone - who fancies theor chances in a small keelboat specifically designed for Asian sailing conditions, and competing with seriously no quarter given - call now!

The Top of the Gulf is a massively enjoyable event in its own right - Ocean Marina is a great venue, the race management is first class, the weather is great, and the beer never runs out (unlike some events we know personally). Come to think of it, 15 Platus is more than the entire fleet that turned up for the Commodore's Cup in Subic last week.

Dammit, if I could figure out a way to keep the camera dry, I'd be volunteering myself! This is not one to miss... warm water, sunshine, t-shirts and shorts... anyone in UK or Europe listening to this stuff?
