Competitors on the 2015 Bay of Islands Sailing Week can expect moderate SE winds for the first day of racing.
Predictwind shows that the breeze will be gusting to 20kts in the morning, before easing and swinging east later in the day.
Skies are expected to be partially overcast, with the cloud cover increasing as the day progresses.
The same conditions are forecast for Thursday with the breeze flicking back to the SE and becoming strong later in the day/evening.
Most interest in the regatta is expected to centre around the A Division, which has attracted a sparkling entry of eight TP52's
