Club Nautico Scarlino organized in the last weekend another Grade 3 International Match Race, the second of the five events scheduled in 2013 sailing season. Top level sailing with three helmsman from the top fifty in the ISAF International Match Race Rankings.

A total of 24 match had been sailed in the two days, with winds from E and S from 10 to 25 knots, with gusts of thirty that forced the Race Committee's officer Franca Vené not to complete the round robin. Chief umpire was Italian Piero Occhetto.

An ex aequo victory was established between polish Krzysztof Rosinski, number 22 in the ISAF Rankings, with five wins in the five match sailed (5-0), and croatian Tomislav Basic with four wins in the four match sailed (4-0). Third place for France with Arthur Herreman (5-1).
