Videographer John Navas was shoreside in San Francisco to catch the start and opening legs of Race 3 of the Final of the Louis Vuitton Cup, before Luna Rossa suffered a breakdown and was forced to withdraw.

On the top half of the beat, Emirates Team NZ lit the afterburner clocking at 27kts for a period, before easing back when they realised the Italians were disabled.
