Full replay coverage of Day 1 in the JJ Giltinan Trophy sailed on Sydney Harbour.

Both races were abandoned due to a major wind shift in the first and a fading breeze in the second.

But nevertheless there was plenty of action and some surprises at the front of the fleet, and top boats at the back of the fleet, through poor decision making at the start.
