Sails Sunshine and Colour were the feature on Auckland's Waitemata Harbour on Friday, and wind?
Well, not so much !
Lunchtime office workers were treated to riot of colour albeit moving at glacial speed, as the Volvo fleet used a harbour race with guests aboard to start pre race checks on gear and systems.
This, in stark contrast to the toughest , bleak sleigh ride of 6,705 nm through the southern ocean, rounding the horn up to Itajai in southern Brazil ending leg five of the VOR.
