The Olympics draw ever close and the fourth event on the ISAF Sailing World Cup circuit, Semaine Olympique Française, is important practice for all the sailors contesting this event.

Megan Pascoe and Helena Lucas took the top two places in the one 2.4mR. race held, while Alison Young tops the Laser Radial group winning both her races.

The Volvo Ocean Race leg 6 has started and the boats are racing from Brazil to Miami, USA. The Global Ocean Race Class40s have reached their halfway point on their journey from Punta del Este, Uruguay, to Charleston, USA while the Clipper round the World yachts are tightly bunched as they race towards Panama.

From vision to reality
