Images from the first day of the Hutchwilco NZ Boat Show, taken around Weta Dinghy Central, featuring a range of small boats, like the boat show of old - with everything from Dean Barker's P-class to fully rigged 18ft skiff.
New boat at the show is the VX One Design built by Mackay Boats, with spars by Southern Spars.
There's plenty to do with a spinnaker hoisting contest sponsored by Harken and North Sails.
Plus there's a Weta you can climb over and which is for sail at the bargain price of $15995.00
The Hutchwilco NZ Boat Show is open late night Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 1000hrs at Epsom Showgrounds - Admission is $20 per adult and all kids are free. It's a great day out.
