Summer came to Autumn yesterday and while the breeze was hardly a classic nor'easter on the Harbour, it made a brave effort to rise above it's rather unconvincing efforts for the Sailability teams in the morning to give the Helly Hansen Women's Challenge yacht fleet an afternoon to be enjoyed in a slowly building breeze and glorious sunshine.
Crosbie Lorimer followed the fleet - sent on its way by host club Manly Yacht Club - on its journey from Manly to Cannae Point, the Obelisk, Balmoral and back to Manly, with variations on the theme. Here are some of Crosbie's pictures of a great day out on the water.
