'Attendees heard from leading business and sailing industry professionals on topics such as the future of boating and sailing, how we can grow the sport of sailing, and innovative business ideas,' ISS Chair and Founder Alistair Murray says.
'Participants were happy with the timeliness of the information, the depth of the seminar content, and the enjoyable and productive networking events.'
From Efrem 'Skip' Zimbalist, CEO of Active Interest Media to Nicholas Hayes, author of Saving Sailing to Johnny Heineken, 2012 Rolex Yachtsman of the year, the 2013 ISS hosted an impressive lineup of speakers. 'Each presenter offered practical information and thought-provoking ideas that challenge us to think hard about new opportunities to grow sailing,' Scot West, President of Ronstan, states. 'Paired with the chance to watch America's Cup racing, this year's ISS is the best yet.'
