America's Cup organisers, Golden Gate Yacht Club, have appointed a six-strong team to investigate and report on the facts of the Artemis incident, last Thursday, and to recommend on safety issues for the event. Artemis Racing have confirmed that 2008 Olympic Gold Medalist and 2012 Olympic Silver Medalist in the Star keelboatclass, Andrew 'Bart' Simpson has died in a training incident in San Francisco.
