Comme ils l'espéraient, Lionel Lemonchois et son équipe technique ont réussi à boucler l'opération de retournement du Maxi80 Prince de Bretagne dans la journée.

C'est en effet aux alentours de 17h30 que le trimaran s'est de nouveau retrouvé à l'endroit. Il n'aura donc pas fallu beaucoup plus de dix heures aux cinq hommes pour mener à bien et sans encombre cette délicate intervention, parfaitement maîtrisée donc. A présent, ils procèdent à un tour complet de la plateforme afin de s'assurer que tout est en place avant d'entamer le remorquage vers Rio de Janeiro.
