Day two eventuated with no racing completed due to the fickle North sea breeze and strong tide. It was looking favorable when the fleet headed out but quickly dissipated.
The Victorian Youth Team of Challands/Rietman summed it up, 'we had our kite up on the starting line to hold our position in the tide then when the gun went off kite down and turn 180 degrees and let the tide do the rest'.
The Belgian coast sweltered under a mini heatwave set to continue tomorrow.
Tomorrow is forecast to be 10-15 knots.
