Golden Gate Yacht Club Vice Commodore Tom Ehman and Regatta Director Iain Murray will hold a briefing at the Cruise Ship Terminal on Pier 27 in San Francisco today, Tuesday May 14 at 2pm PDT. It will be live streamed on www.americascup.com.

This conference will start at 9.00am NZT. It is recommended to join well in advance (at least five minutes) to ensure a slot before the viewer load comes on.

A second media conference for invited media only will be held two hours later.

As well as a briefing on the outcomes of the Teams Meeting held today it is expected that Regatta Director Iain Murray and Golden Gate Yacht Club Vice Commodore Tom Ehman will announce the members of an independent panel to review all aspects of training and racing of AC72 yachts in the 34th America’s Cup.

The panel will report and make recommendations to the organizers and the competitors.

The review and report will be conducted independently of any organizer or competitor in the 34th America’s Cup.

The scope of work for the review panel will be detailed during a press briefing at Pier 27 in San Francisco on Tuesday afternoon.

Murray and Ehman are expected to respond to sailing media questioning at the second media conference.

Reports on both media conferences will be carried on Sail-World as soon as possible
