A slow-moving tropical storm dampened day two of the J/24 World Championship in Wakayama Japan.
The 41 teams representing Germany, Great Britain, Japan, Korea, Peru, Singapore and the USA were kept ashore as heavy rains and winds were blanketing the area on Tuesday.
