On day five of the 2013 Etchells World Championship, one race was sailed with a west-north-west wind blowing on the sail area. Due to some important wind shifts, the top mark was moved twice which made very difficult the race regarding tactical options and resulted in very bad scoring for some of the best teams. First to cross the finishing line was the American skipper Peter S. Dunkan who is now scoring second place in the general results. The leader in the results is the American team headed by Marvin Beckmann scoring a 12 point advantage over second. European Champion Ante Razmilovich drops to third place after today. Tomorrow the event will come to an end with the last race of the series starting from 12.00am.
