At the 2012 Delta Lloyd Regatta, with two seconds, a sixth and a third place on the first day of sailing in the Finn class, Pieter-Jan Postma is in the overall lead. A few adjustments on his new boat and his performance should improve race by race.
Postma finds sailing this new boat at this World Cup event at Medemblik challenging. He admits it’s a small risk, getting a new boat with such a short time remaining before the Olympics. Postma is however confident that his new boat will result in greater achievements.
