Shame. Marine Rescue Central Coast volunteers are in distress and well out-of-pocket following the brazen theft of the prize in its Annual Boat Raffle last Thursday night, 24 October 2013.
The prize boat was on display at the Kincumber Shopping Village near Woy Woy on the central coast of New South Wales in support of the raffle sales effort. It was stolen overnight. The thieves are recorded on the Centre’s CCTV system. The raffle is due to be drawn on Sunday 10 November and was being held to raise money for the Marine Rescue's activities helping to secure the safety of all who use the waterways and ocean.
The boat is a white painted 3.8m ANGLAPRO MR384 runabout with a blue boat cover. A 9.9HP black Suzuki outboard is fitted, and the boat is on a Dunbier Boat Trailer, registered number Y51283.
Anyone sighting the vessel or trailer should call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or Marine Rescue Central Coast 4325 7929. The volunteers need your help.
