There's a story doing the rounds that someone sailed into Kata Bay a couple of days ago, saw Ichiban on the beach, and said "good grief, she's still there." The 25th edition of the Phuket King's Cup starts today with 91 boats on the entry list. Add in the adjunct dinghy regatta and the kiteboard invitational, and that's a lot of sailors. There's breeze in the palm trees. Let the fun begin.
