As far as human interest goes, you can't get a better story that the Find a Crew feature on would-be-sailors who have found their 'dream boats' via the site and are seeing the world's most exotic locations by sea, in some cases working onboard and in others volunteering.
There's a profile on the fascinating not-so-little Argus E35, the brainchild of Gary Pacey of Outback Marine, which the company is using as the living-breathing showcase of their engineering prowess.
Brisbane Boat Show is coming up 25-28 August, followed by Darwin, 3 & 4 September and Mandurah - Australia's third largest boat show - 14-16 October.
Internationally, our exporters and brands are priming their strategies and stock for Fort Lauderdale and the European shows - Amsterdam, Cannes, Monaco, Southampton in September and more in October including Genoa and Barcelona, followed by METS in Amsterdam 15-17 November.
