There might be some rain coming through France today, but the sun shone this week for France in the very light weather of the 2010 SOF.

We have all the European and International Sailing News.

However the funniest story of the week in the UK and Europe was definitely the one about the crazy Brit, who set off in on old powerboat with a road map to circumnavigate England, but only managed to power his way around a little island on the east coast.

You know the line about Mad Dogs and Englishmen go out in the Mid-day sun.....

It was Winds one, Yachts zero today as Tim Lynch's J24, Erin, took a death roll and sank on the last leg of race five of Bermuda International Invitational Race Week regatta.
